Efficient and Scalable Fabrication of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells via 3D-Printing
This project aims to develop the process technology necessary to enable the fabrication of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) devices via extrusion-based 3D-printing, with extensions to other multi-ceramic functional devices. This project requires both developing new 3D-printable materials and materials systems as well as understanding the impact of various compositional and processing parameters on material properties and, ultimately, electrochemical performance.
